Shipping and Payment Policy

Shipping days are Monday to Friday.

We ship within two shipping days – and normally, we can ship the day after your order.

Orders placed by 7am on a shipping day may be shipped the same day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail.

CARD PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay credit cards, and debit cards that process as credit cards.

Your details are completely safe with us.  All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information.

Your card will not be charged until we start processing your order.

PAYING WITH PAYPAL

To pay with PayPal:

    • Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout.
    • You’ll then be directed to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.
    • If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in to your account with your user details and confirm the payment.
    • If you’re new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
    • You’ll then be returned to https://atouchofwellness.com to complete your order.

GIFT CARDS

You can use both physical gift cards and e-gift cards issued by A Touch of Wellness when shopping online at https://atouchofwellness.com.

To make an online payment with a gift card, follow these steps:

    • Select to use a gift card at checkout.
    • Enter the gift card number and PIN (if required).
    • Make sure to confirm to apply the gift card toward the purchase.

You can use a gift card to pay for your entire order online or combine it with another payment method.
