Membership Overview

Monthly membership offers exclusive benefits, including regularly scheduled massage sessions at discounted rates, priority booking, complimentary enhancements and additional perks. By enrolling in this membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership Fees & Payment

  • Monthly fees are due the same date of each month from the date of signup and are automatically billed to the payment method on file.
  • Members must provide valid payment card information for the automatic billing process.
  • Failed payments are to be remedied within 7 days.
  • Two consecutive failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership. If the membership is less than 6 months, the early termination fee for that membership will also be levied.

Booking & Cancellation

  • Members can book massage sessions online, by phone, or in person with priority access to available time slots.
  • First notification of last-minute cancellation openings when requested.
  • Appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee, determined by the type of membership. This is an advantage over the normal 24 hours notice.
  • Alternatively, member may choose to forfeit the session.

Membership Duration & Termination

  • Member agrees to hold membership for at least 6 months.
  • Membership is continuous and will automatically renew on the same day each month unless terminated by the member.
  • After the initial 6-month period, members may terminate membership at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • If membership is terminated within the first 6 months, an early-termination fee will be levied, determined by the type of membership.
  • Upon termination, refunds will not be provided for partial months or unused sessions.
  • Unused sessions may be rolled over up to 3 months while the membership is active.
  • A Touch of Wellness reserves the right to terminate membership for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of terms and conditions or misconduct.

  • One, two or four sessions per month depending on membership tier.
  • Complimentary enhancements with tiers two and three.
  • Discounted rates for additional massage sessions, upgrades and single-session gift certificates.
  • Discounts on retail products.
  • Early access to special offers.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other special offers.
  • Priority booking for massage sessions.
  • Secure preferred timeslots monthly.

Health & Safety

  • Members must complete a health questionnaire before their first session and update it annually or as needed.
  • A Touch of Wellness cares about your health and reserves the right to refuse service if a member’s health condition could be adversely affected by massage therapy.

Liability Waiver

  • By enrolling in the membership program, members acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with massage therapy.
  • A Touch of Wellness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after the massage sessions.
  • Members agree to release and hold harmless A Touch of Wellness from any claims arising out of their participation in the membership program.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • A Touch of Wellness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
  • Members will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions via email or other communication methods.
  • Continued use of the membership program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
  • The terms and conditions herein override any conveyed by MassageBook scheduling that may be in contradiction.
