Series Overview

Prepaid series offer exclusive benefits, including priority booking, complimentary enhancements and discounts. By purchasing a series, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions ~ Monthly Membership

Series Validity, Expiration & Termination

  • Starter Three-Pack Series: Valid for 4 months from purchase date.
  • Value Five-Pack Series: Valid for 7 months from purchase date.
  • Prime Seven-Pack Series: Valid for 10 months from purchase date.
  • Unused sessions expire at the end of the series validity period.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
  • A Touch of Wellness reserves the right to terminate a series for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of terms and conditions or misconduct.

Booking & Cancellation

  • Massage sessions can be booked online, by phone, or in person with priority access to available time slots.
  • First notification of last-minute cancellation openings when requested.
  • Appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee, determined by the series type. This is an advantage over the normal 24 hours notice.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to forfeit the session.
  • Sessions can be rescheduled within the series validity period.

Series Pricing & Payment

  • Series prices are fixed at time of purchase.
  • Prices include specified number of massage sessions.
  • Complimentary enhancements are included as specified for each series.
  • Series discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Modifications & Transferability

  • Series are non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances, however, will be considered.
  • Sessions cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Series cannot be resold or exchanged for cash value.

Special Conditions

  • Series is subject to therapist availability

Health & Safety

  • Clients must complete a health & wellness questionnaire before their first session and update it annually or as needed.
  • A Touch of Wellness cares about your health and reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition could be adversely affected by massage therapy.

Liability Waiver

  • By purchasing a series, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with massage therapy.
  • A Touch of Wellness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after the massage sessions.
  • Series purchaser/client agrees to release and hold harmless A Touch of Wellness from any claims arising out of their use of the series.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • A Touch of Wellness reserves the right to modify series terms, bonuses and perks with a 30-day written notice.
  • Any series purchased is governed by terms in effect at time of purchase.
